10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be provided for completed work or partial months of service. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.

At Bookkeeping Buddy, we take confidentiality and data protection very seriously. We will not share your personal or financial information with third parties, except when:

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookkeeping Buddy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Errors or omissions in financial reports
  • Third-party actions

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookkeeping Buddy and its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or misuse of our services.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports or information provided through our services. You acknowledge that financial reports are based on the information you provide, and any inaccuracies or omissions are your responsibility.
